However, as with any product used regularly over a period of years, it may be necessary to replace certain parts due to normal wear and tear. For Wet/Dry Vacuum parts and accessories, orders placed before 1 PM ET on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will ship within 48 hours.
For all other parts, orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will ship the same day.
We will strive to ship your order complete. However, sometimes our products may temporarily go out of stock by the time we attempt to ship your order. You can check the status of your backorder by calling us at 1-800-4RIDGID.
We can only accept orders for shipment in the United States.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipment method selected and the weight of the package. Orders cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box or APO address.
Sales tax will be added to your order based on the shipping address and the part(s) ordered.
Only authorized returns will be accepted for credit. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number may be obtained, within 30 days of receipt of goods, by calling 1-800-4RIDGID. The authorization will provide a delivery address for the return. It will be valid only for 30 days from date of issuance.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, your charge account will be credited for the purchase amount, less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
