If for any reason you need to return a purchase from RIDGID.store.com, please call 1-888-743-4333 or e-mail [email protected] to request a return authorization number.

ONLY AUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return goods authorization number (RGA). We will also give you specific shipping instructions for this return.

Upon receipt, your charge account will be credited for the purchase amount, less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
